What is Self-Storage?
Self-storage is a secure way to store items, either short-term or long-term. You have your own space, which is suitable for many items. You’re allowed to store any permissible items in our storage facilities.
What Do I Need to Rent Self-Storage?
Two of the following items are required for registration:
- UK Driving Licence
- A Valid Passport
- A Credit/ Debit Card
A deposit of one month, plus one month in advance is required upon registration. You are then provided with your own padlock to the unit.
How Do I Pay?
You're able to make payment by:
- Standing Order
- Cheque
- Cash
- BACS
- Direct Debit
Is There a Discount on Long-Term Storage?
We offer a 5% discount on six months hire, paid in advance, and a 10% discount on 12 months hire, also paid in advance.
How Much Notice Do I Have to Give?
All units are leased on a monthly basis. Therefore, you must give one month’s written notice to vacate.
Who Has Access to My Unit?
Only you and the company have access to the unit. We only ever access the units in an emergency.
